    2nd Check Up

    [Week 8 ]

Hari ni, bangun pagi2 lagi. Semangat nak gi klinik nak wt 1st check up perut. Actually last week dah gi klinik kesihatan Shah Alam seksyen 9. Tapi nurse tu cakap terlalu awal untuk scan.

So this week, kami wat keputusan gi Poliklinik Umra Seksyen 13 Shah Alam. Malam tadi dh survey2 kat mane nak wt monthly check up. At last wt keputusan kt klinik tu jgk.

Pagi-pagi lagi, husband nak makan nasi lemak. So kami cari kedai nasi lemak sedap kt seksyen 27 dulu. Memang kedai ni feveret husband. Sambal dia sedap dan pelbagai lauk.

Then, kami singgah kt kedai dobi dulu amik bju dobi untuk minggu ni. heee..then baru la gi klinik.

Sampai klinik, terkejut memang klinik ni memang ramai org. Specialist dalam sakit puan. Siap bleh bersalin lgi kat klinik ni. Walaupun ramai patient, tp servisnye cepat sgt sbb nurse dia ramai giler.

Jumpa doctor, Wat consultation sket then ni la result scan..hehe...cable camera xjmpa carik.pakai camera hp..xbrape clear la..nnti la update gmbr bru ea.

    Detail:
    Size baby : 1.24cm
    Age : 7 Weeks 3days

Due date: 9.11.2011 (Ikot scan ultra sound)
Note: Doc ckp, kalo ikot tarikh last period : due date jadi 5.11.11...beza 4 hari.hehe
Kene tahan sampai baby kluar 11.11.11 baru cun! hehehe

Wee...baby masih kecik giler lagi. Sebesar bijik kacang lg. Tp yang perut nampak bonjol tu adalah rahim kite untuk cover baby tu besar. Time ni, kite dah bleh nampak jantung dia berdegup..soo sweet~~~

    Im on week 8

Woohoo! You've got one whole inch of baby inside of you!
Your little embryo has finally reached the one-inch mark (30mm)!
What's more, your baby is finally starting to take on some very distinct human features. For starters, their little tail (really just the spinal cord) has disappeared completely.
It's nice to know your baby can no longer be mistaken for a sea creature! Additionally, both their toes and fingers are prominent with very little, if any, webbing. Upper and lower limbs all show recognizable joints (elbows and knees) and the lower limb bones are starting to ossify.
Still, don't expect your baby to resemble either parent quite yet - that is unless you look like a bobble-headed alien.
Right now, your tiny baby's head is disproportionately larger than the rest of their body and makes up almost half of their height and weight!

    And how's mom doing?

Your slightly-larger-than-a-cherry embryo may finally start having a visible impact on your body this week — and not just hormonally, as you may be noticing a tiny bulge at your midline - which is (sorry!) just water retention. This is not the time to eat for two... this is the the time to eat smart and start incorporating daily physical activity into your life - walking is something even the most athletically challenged can handle!

Trust us, most people won't even notice the subtle change to your belly's shape. Though you probably think the bulge is baby, it's not - just water retention and probably too much of whatever you've been noshing on to deal with your increased appetite.

Which reminds us... have you been taking your daily prenatal? And how's your diet clean-up going - have you kicked the fast/junk food addiction yet?
Remember: The better your health now (in terms of staying active and eating right), the easier your pregnancy will be in the upcoming trimesters when it gets really interesting and challenging to move around.

Staying fit - or rededicating yourself to finally getting healthy, pays off in pregnancy. This is not the time to eat for two... this is the the time to eat smart and start incorporating daily physical activity into your life - walking is something even the most athletically challenged can handle!

Good news for those who're feeling hormonally tortured: if you've been extra moody lately, that may start to subside this week, as the placenta is beginning to take over your baby's hormone production. This means your body will soon be able to relax a bit from its over-production of hormones as the placenta starts to regulate your baby's hormones - allowing your body to focus on producing more normal levels of hormones and hopefully leave you in a place emotionally where you can enjoy your pregnancy.

Still, if you're having a tough emotional haul of it in the next few weeks, it may have more to do with your life and personal choices than hormonal issues. Just in case you haven't heard: pregnancy isn't an excuse to be a bitch, but it is a testing ground for motherhood.

    1st Check Up

    [Week 6]

Alhamdulillah!!! Good news!! I am pregnant!!

Waaa...sukaa!! Ceritnya macam ni, hari ni memang nik rasa penat sangat-sangat. Memang nk wt keje pon xde mood. Pening semacam je. Kebetulan pulak hari ni disebabkan hal-hal tertentu, nik terpaksa balik ngan tren. Paham-paham la kan tren tu mcm mane kalo time peak hour ptg2 tu. Semua org nk rushing balik..berebu rebut kt kl sentral.

Sesampai kt shah alam, akmal dah tunggu kt situ. So, hari ni memang nik tekad nk gi klinik nk mintak mc sebab memang demam sgt2. So kami plan nak gi Klinik Siti Nor Hajar kt seksyen 19 tu. Dah malam pon time ni, kata bru blik keje kan.

So...sampai je turn nik kt klinik tu..terus menonong je masuk blik doctor. Tak ajak pon akmal masuk sama dlm blik tu. Mungkin sbb rasa mcm xde pape kan. Demam biasa je kan..

So, bila dalam consultation hour ngan doctor tu, dr ade la tnye2 dh brape lame rasa mcm tu. So, doctor wt conclusion mungkin penat sgt. Then, dr jugak tnye bila last period..Oppss...memang period nik dh delay 2minggu time tu. So..dr terus wt pregnancy test.

    Result dia...POSITIF!!! wohooo!!

Alhamdulilah..bila kluar dri blik doctor..terus ckp ngan akmal yang nik pregnant..Akmal memang seronok sgt2..syukur alhamdulilah..so..lepas ni kami plan nk survey untuk wt check up kt klinik mane paling the best! hehe
